As New Zealand started their chase, they faced early setbacks. Nevertheless, the partnership between Rachin Ravindra and Daryl Mitchell scaled an intense comeback, only for Daryl to get out to Adam Zampa. The match was a thrilling contest, but Australia eventually won by a 5-run margin.

Moreover, in the clash between Bangladesh and the Netherlands, the Netherlands won the toss and opted to bat first. Despite facing two early, unexpected dismissals, their middle-order batsmen delivered a strong performance, elevating the team’s total to 229 runs. When Bangladesh embarked on their chase, they grappled with the Netherlands’ bowlers and fell quickly off the target. The Netherlands emerged victorious with an 87-run win.
